I had a terrible experience at this hotel. Checking in late, I was promised a late check-out, but the morning staff was completely unhelpful and rude, threatening extra charges. It felt so disorganized and disrespectful; honestly, never going back!

The room featured a fantastically comfortable bed with several memory foam pillows, providing a great sleep experience. Cleanliness was evident throughout, with a tidy bathroom and strong water pressure in the shower. Temperature control worked well. I appreciated the well-laid-out furniture and the convenience of electric plug-ins on the lamps. the overall ambiance was interrupted by maintenance issues, like the out-of-order pool and elevator. My sleep was disturbed by biting insects, which was concerning. The breakfast setup was disappointing, as staff seemed overwhelmed and unfriendly, detracting from the positive aspects of the stay.

The moment I walked in, the welcoming vibe swept me off my feet! The staff, especially Shawntee', went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. I loved lounging by the sparkling pool and soaking in the sunshine - pure bliss!

The hotel had a perfect location for our trip, right off the highway and easy access to restaurants. The room was spacious, clean, and had comfy beds, and the WiFi worked great for my son’s gaming.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but it was still worth it.

The breakfast was solid with lots of options and a clean area to eat. It was cool that they had fruit available all day too. The afternoon snacks with drinks were a nice touch. My room wasn’t the cleanest, though, with some issues like stains on the sheets. Seriously, who wants to sleep on that?

Maintenance needs attention, as a soft spot near the AC made me uneasy. the quick response to retrieve my lost pillow demonstrated genuine care. Worth considering, with room for improvement.

The bed was comfortable, and the room had a lovely view of the lake. The location was convenient, just a 5-minute drive from the airport and near the Tanger outlets. Another advantage was the spacious and quiet room.
The bathroom was in poor condition, with tiles falling off and water damage visible. The breakfast offerings were lackluster, with dry biscuits and processed meats.

Had a great time in Savannah! Staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was so convenient as it was close to the airport. loved that there were lots of hangers in the closet; made organizing my clothes a breeze.
The room was a bit run down with stained carpets and bedding that seemed unwashed. The bathroom had some peeling issues and an unsettling smell.

It was convenient to be able to quickly freshen up my clothes. I did experience some challenges with the heating and air conditioning unit. The room tended to get too hot at times, and adjusting the temperature was a bit tricky. I appreciated the tea and coffee facilities provided in the room. It was nice to have a warm drink whenever I needed one. The sitting area was comfortable, but I found the garden furniture outside to be a bit weathered and in need of maintenance. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch, but I did notice that the shampoo and conditioner bottles were quite small and not enough for a longer stay. The lack of an am/fm alarm clock was a bit inconvenient for me as I rely on it to wake up in the mornings. The flat, screen TV in the room was a good source of entertainment, but I found the carpeted floor to be a bit worn out and could use some deep cleaning. The availability of dry cleaning and housekeeping services was helpful during my stay. I was disappointed to find out that there were no shops or commercial services on, site, making it inconvenient for any last, minute needs. assistance with tours or tickets was not readily available, and I had to make arrangements on my own. my experience at the Wingate had its ups and downs. While I enjoyed certain amenities like the ironing facilities and tea and coffee setup, there were areas that could be improved, such as the heating and air conditioning system and the maintenance of garden furniture. I hope these aspects can be addressed to have a more comfortable stay.

The 32-inch flat-screen TVs in the rooms kept the kids entertained during downtime. We enjoyed exploring the nearby Crosswinds Golf Course, perfect for a quick round of golf. The location, with Tanger Outlets nearby, was convenient for some family shopping too.
My kids wished for a larger children's play area.

I chose Wingate for its convenient location near the Fun Zone Amusement Park. However, the standout feature was the complimentary full breakfast served daily from 6:00 AM. The delicious breakfast spread was a pleasant surprise.

The room had a sick 32, inch TV for Netflix binging. We hit up Crosswinds Golf Club for 18 holes , epic vibes! Tanger Outlets were a 5, min drive, perfect for shopping. Staff were chill and the free breakfast was clutch.
Could use a better on, site party vibe for young peeps.

this wingate was clean and comfy - with friendly staff. the breakfast was really good, and the property is on a peninsula by a lake and golf course. parking's no problem, and it's an easy drive downtown.

I felt like a VIP with a comfy bed fit for royalty. The staff treated me like a queen. I could easily conquer the day with the fantastic amenities and attractions nearby.
Who doesn't love finding mystery bugs and cashews in their beds? Yum! .

stayed at the Wingate in Savannah for an early flight and it was a great choice. the reception area was welcoming and the staff were friendly and efficient. the complimentary breakfast had a good selection of items, and the location was convenient to the airport as well as restaurants and outlets. the room was spacious and I felt safe and secure on the premises. the handicap-equipped bathroom was excellent, making it highly recommended for those needing accommodation.
